This place has completely gone downhill, and the customer service is nonexistent. I have been coming here for a long time, but I will never return. I was using a manual bay when the facility was entirely empty. To protect my older convertible top from their harsh brush, I used a soft hand mitt for literally a few seconds to spot-clean the top before rinsing. Two employees, or possibly owners, came over and treated me with utter hostility, rudely yelling at me about "no hand washing," despite the fact that I was actively paying for the bay and absolutely no one was waiting. They completely brushed off my explanation and did not care at all about treating a loyal customer with basic respect. To make matters worse, they have changed their card system to automatically charge a hidden $10 flat rate, even if you only use 3 or 4 minutes of time. This deceptive pricing is not posted anywhere. Save your money and take your business elsewhere. They do not respect their customers, and they hide their true prices.

Token machine only takes 5s 10s20s Exchange a 5 for 5 tokens received 4 tokens and a nickel. Nickel doesn't work in vacuum machine. Each token is 2min 20 seconds of vacuum by my stopwatch. Get ready for a frantic 2 mins of vacuum per tokens or you will not get it done for $5 $1 dollars worth of that 5 turned into 5 cents. Not coming back

Please help me get the right size coins. I have about $5 worth of coins that say The Wash rack on them but they are too large for the coin slot on the machine. A proper exchange needs to be made. Please help me remove this negative review

1 star for having to deposit $2 worth of tokens first to use your credit card. I left, that defeats the purpose of having the option to use a card. Very disappointing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 out of 5 stars This self-service car wash on Greenville Ave looks like it might be under new ownership. I stopped by around 5 PM and saw a couple tidying up the place, which was a good sign of care and maintenance. When you drive in, you'll see the vacuum area first, but you can skip it if you don’t need it. Then you move forward to the wash bay. The wash starts at $2 supposedly for 4 mins), and each additional minute is $1 from what I understand. I used my credit card, but as of now, the final charge hasn’t posted yet, so I can't confirm the total. I should have timed it. I just used the rinse (just water). One downside is that there were no clear instructions on how to get tokens or how the pricing works in detail. It accepts either credit cards or tokens, but I had no idea where or how to get the tokens. It would help a lot if they posted a quick guide on-site. What I liked most is being able to use the power washer to rinse off my car. It's in a convenient location with other nearby shops. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. A bit more signage or guidance for first-timers would make it even better.
